Colts place TE Andrew Ogletree on IR

The Colts placed TE Andrew Ogletree on IR.

The Indianapolis Colts placed tight end Andrew Ogletree on the injured reserve list, the team announced Thursday.

This move comes as no surprise after it was revealed Ogletree tore his ACL during Wednesday’s joint training camp practice with the Detroit Lions.

We knew Ogletree would miss the rest of the season because of the severity of the injury, but it’s official now that he was placed on the injured reserve list before the final cuts are made Aug. 30.

The sixth-round pick from the 2022 NFL draft will now focus on recovery while the Colts turn their attention to cutting the roster down to 53 players.
