Indianapolis Colts cornerback Kenny Moore was fined $40,000 by the NFL for two horsecollar tackles during the Week 14 win over the Las Vegas Raiders.
One of the horsecollar tackles was flagged when Moore dragged down Raiders tight end Darren Waller. The other may not have been flagged but upon review, the league may have warranted a fine.
His fine also went up due to being a repeat offender.
Colts Kenny Moore II fined $40,000 for horse-collar tackles vs. Raiders. One was flagged, the other not (can't say that I remember second one). Also, Moore is a repeat offender. Tavon Wilson not fined for lowering the helmet penalty.

Moore has been exceptional for the Colts this season as one of their most versatile defenders. He’s one of the best open-field tacklers in the league and is allowing a 78.0 passer rating in coverage this season.
The Colts defense has featured plenty of playmakers this season and even though Moore will have to cough up a pretty penny to the league this week, he will look to continue his dominant play against the Texans on Sunday.
