Colts elevate WR DeMichael Harris to active roster

The Colts elevated WR DeMichael Harris from the practice squad to the active roster ahead of the Week 2 matchup with the Rams.

The Indianapolis Colts elevated wide receiver DeMichael Harris from the practice squad to the active roster ahead of the Week 2 matchup with the Los Angeles Rams, the team announced Saturday.

With Michael Pittman Jr. (ankle) and Parris Campbell (abdomen) both questionable for the game after not practicing on Friday, it seems the Colts want to make sure they have enough depth at wide receiver.

Harris is a slot wide receiver and will likely play limited snaps on offense depending on the statuses of Pittman Jr. and Campbell. He will also play special teams on Sunday.
