Colts elevate C Joey Hunt as COVID-19 replacement

Joey Hunt gets another call-up.

The Indianapolis Colts elevated center Joey Hunt from the practice squad to the active roster as a COVID-19 replacement, the team announced Saturday.

Hunt has been elevated a number of times this season, both as a COVID-19 replacement and simply as a regular call-up from the practice squad. He serves as the backup center but can play either guard spot if needed.

Hunt will be the replacement on the active roster for rookie linebacker Jordan Glasgow, who remains on the reserve/COVID-19 list. This will be the second game in a row Glasgow misses as he was placed on the list just hours before the Week 14 game against the Las Vegas Raiders.
