This was Brents first game back from injured reserve after suffering a knee injury in Week 1 against Houston that kept him sidelined until today’s game.
Brents returned to practice prior to the Tennessee game in Week 16 and was activated on Saturday.
The Colts put Brents right back into the mix in his return, having him start opposite of Jaylon Jones in place of Samuel Womack when Indianapolis was lined up in nickel.
Unfortunately, injuries have been a part of Brents first two NFL seasons. Including today, he’s appeared in only 11 out of a possible 34 games. Brents has also missed time during offseason programs and training camp as well.
