Colorado’s Pac-12 regular season opener at Oregon postponed again

Colorado-Oregon has been postponed again

A game that was originally scheduled for Dec. 30 but was then pushed back to Jan. 3 has been postponed once again. After the Buffaloes’ COVID-19 issues caused the first delay, Oregon is now at fault for the same reason.

The announcement came just about six hours before the 8 p.m. MT tip at Matthew Knight Arena.

The Buffs, who had flown to Eugene on Sunday, now must scramble back to Boulder for a Thursday night affair against Washington State. With a deluge of other Pac-12 games postponed, it’s anyone’s best guess when the Buffs and Ducks will finally play this one.

And not to be lost in the scuffle, Colorado’s affair against Oregon State, postponed from its initial date of Jan. 1, has yet to be rescheduled.
