Stuck in the mud does not even begin to explain what the Colorado Buffaloes offense has been in recent years. Over the past five seasons, the Buffaloes’ offense has eclipsed the 30-point mark 16 times in 54 contests. They needed a fresh approach to attacking defenses, and, boy, has that happened this offseason.
Gone are old offensive philosophies, replaced by a new offensive coordinator and a boatload of new talent. Colorado has a chance to shock the college football world on Saturday, but it will need to score plenty of points to take down the Horned Frogs.
