The Nebraska Cornhuskers most anticipated nonconference game for the 2023 football season is now officially a sellout. The Colorado athletic department has confirmed that the Buffaloes game against Nebraska on September 9th is officially sold out.
The last Colorado home opener that was sold out was September 7th, 2019. The Buffaloes’ opponent that day was the Nebraska Cornhuskers.
That game saw Colorado come out on top 34-31. The Huskers last defeated the Buffaloes back on November 26th, 2010, in Lincoln.
While Colorado has won the last two meetings, Nebraska leads the all-time series 49-20-2. Colorado has also announced that their family weekend game against Stanford on October 13th is a sellout.
