The future of the Colorado Buffaloes football team is promising. The quarterback position looks loaded for the foreseeable future, and the addition of head coach Deion Sanders should have plenty of highly-ranked recruits coming to Boulder.
Class of 2024 quarterback Danny O’Neil is a three-star prospect who committed to Colorado in March, and he has since been busy recruiting others to come to Boulder as well.
With Shedeur Sanders possibly heading to the NFL after this next season, O’Neil should come in and have a chance to be the starter, although we have to imagine that the Buffs will continue to be a popular landing spot for players in the transfer portal.
O’Neil is currently an Elite 11 finalist, and he recently sent a message to Buff Nation:
Colorado 🦬 Commit Danny O' Neil @_dannyoneil
