Colorado men’s basketball head coach Tad Boyle has developed a reputation for bringing well-rounded athletes to Boulder, especially when it comes to in-state recruiting. Boyle has signed a player from the Centennial State in four of the last five recruiting cycles and holds a commitment from top-ranked class of 2025 Colorado prospect Josiah Sanders.
Andrew Crawford, a four-star prospect from Littleton, is entering his freshman season with an opportunity to play big minutes.
On Monday, I asked Crawford to introduce himself to Buff Nation:
“I’m a big combo guard,” Crawford said. “I’m a 6-(foot)-6 guard who loves to pass the ball. I love getting my teammates open. I love facilitating for them. I love making flashy passes when I can. Rebounding and defense are other huge things. I love getting in the passing lanes, getting out on the break and causing deflections, causing steals, and then getting offensive and defensive rebounds, any way that I can help the team is what you’re looking for.”
