Stetson head men’s golf coach Larry Watson called the Edinger Golf Complex “a monumental step” for the golf teams at the school.
“The teams will now have a facility they can call home, with the availability to practice all facets of the game,” added Watson. “This is a new state-of-the-art facility that has room for expansion in the future.”
The facility includes a large putting green that can accommodate both teams and two large chipping and pitching greens. For more short-game practice, there are also five target greens at 20, 30, 40, 50 and 60 yards.
The inside of the facility features a meeting room, kitchen area and locker rooms for both men’s and women’s teams.
