Notre Dame has impressed many three games into the 2023 college football season, but Fox Sports college football analyst Joel Klatt is not one of them.
At least not enough to rank Notre Dame in his new top 10 team rankings.
Klatt released his new top 10 through social media on Sunday, and Notre Dame didn’t crack the 10. It did however show up in his almost category.
