Coach Prime to Atlanta Falcons scout: ‘We ain’t coming back unless we bringing the Sanders boys to the ‘A’ ‘

Coach Prime to an Atlanta Falcons scout at practice: “We ain’t coming back unless we bringing the Sanders boys to the ‘A'”

The Colorado Buffaloes football team has become a common topic in the national media.

Quarterback Shedeur Sanders is a big reason. The son of head coach Deion Sanders has made the transition from Jackson State to the Power Five look as easy as possible. Shedeur Sanders’ brother, safety Shilo Sanders, has also been stellar for the Buffs so far this season.

As a result, plenty of NFL scouts are keeping tabs on Colorado players. Rich Sanders, a scout for the Atlanta Falcons, was recently at a Colorado practice, and he and Coach Prime shared a great moment, which you can watch below (h/t Well Off Media):

It’s worth noting Coach Prime began his NFL career with the Falcons, so there is definitely a special bond here.

The Falcons have Desmond Ridder at quarterback, but he hasn’t found his rhythm in the NFL, so drafting Shedeur might not be a bad decision. With the way Shedeur is playing, time will tell if he’s NFL-bound after this season.
