The Cleveland Cavaliers (19-34) visit the Charlotte Hornets (27-26) at Spectrum Center at 7 p.m. ET. Below, we analyze the Cavaliers-Hornets odds and lines, with NBA picks and predictions.
The Cavaliers recorded a pair of wins by 24 or more points in San Antonio and Oklahoma City from April 5-8, but they came home and lost a pair of games to Toronto and New Orleans by 20 and 7 on April 10-11. Perhaps a return to the road will spur them on.
The Hornets were dumped by the Lakers last time out on Tuesday, falling 101-93. They have won back-to-back games at home, similar to Cleveland, after a pair of impressive road wins in Oklahoma City and Milwaukee on April 7-9.

Cavaliers at Hornets: Odds, lines, predictions and picks
Prediction
Cavaliers 110, Hornets 106
Money line (ML)
The CAVALIERS (+140) have actually played better on the road lately. Both of these teams are nicked up, so they’re both rather risky. Cleveland is the better value here, especially against a Hornets (-165) side which started the likes of Bismack Biyombo, Miles Bridges, Devonte’ Graham, Jalen McDaniels and Caleb Martin, not exactly a slew of All-Stars.

Against the spread (ATS)
The CAVALIERS +4 (-110) are not as good of a value as they are playing them straight up, but if you’re not feeling Cleveland straight up, catching a couple of buckets is the second-best thing.
These teams played just once before this season Dec. 23 in the opener, and the Cavaliers came away with a 121-114 win as three-point underdogs in Cleveland. That’s par for the course, as the Cavaliers are 13-6-1 ATS in the previous 20 meetings, and 5-1 ATS in the past six in Charlotte, too.
Over/Under (O/U)
OVER 213.5 (-110) is the slight lean in this battle. The Over has hit in five in a row for the Cavaliers, although the Under is 7-1 in Charlotte’s past eight home games and 11-3 in its previous 14 overall.
