- The Browns outlasted the Indianapolis Colts in Week 5, winning 32-23. Cleveland has scored 30 or more points in four consecutive games for the first time since 1968.
- Not only has Cleveland won four in a row, but it has ripped off three consecutive covers while playing to the Over in four straight outings.
- The Browns rank first in the NFL with 188.4 rushing yards per game, and they’re fourth in the league with 31.2 points per game. Defensively, the Browns rank fourth with 87.0 rushing yards allowed per game, and they’re tops in the league with 12 takeaways.
- The Steelers rattled off a season-best 38 points last week in a nine-point win over the cross-state rival Philadelphia Eagles. Rookie WR Chase Claypool became just the third first-year player in NFL history to score a total of four touchdowns in a single game.

Browns at Steelers: Odds, betting lines, picks and prediction
Prediction
Steelers 31, Browns 24
Money line (?)
Playing the Steelers (-182) is probably the way to go, but it’s just over my personal limit for money lines. I won’t go over -180, with limited exceptions. This isn’t one of them. Just look to the spread instead. AVOID.
Against the spread (?)
The STEELERS -3 (-115) are worth a look as long as this stays at a flat three or under. Pittsburgh covered the spread in each of its last games, and three of four games overall. Conversely, while the Browns +3 (-106) have been impressive lately, they lost their only divisional road game badly in Week 1, falling 38-6 against the Baltimore Ravens.
Cleveland is also 0-2 ATS in two divisional games so far. The Browns are just 1-3-1 ATS in the past five trips to Pittsburgh, and the home team has covered four in a row in the head-to-head series.
Over/Under (?)
The OVER 50.5 (-115) is a decent small-unit play, as both of these offenses have had little trouble moving the ball lately. The Browns have hit the Over in four in a row, and the Steelers have cashed the Over in three straight.
