Erik Bakich and the Tigers baseball program are a Clemson team that has taken advantage of the transfer portal this offseason, and they have continued to do so with the addition of another pitcher.
Former Georgia Tech pitcher Noah Samol has announced a transfer to Clemson. The lefthander was a freshman for the Yellow Jackets this past season, finishing the season with an 11.40 ERA in 15 innings pitched across 12 games.
Coming out of high school, the 6-foot-8, 240-pounder was rated as the top left-handed pitcher and No. 3 prospect out of Ohio and also rated as a top-35 left-handed pitcher nationally. The Tigers add another talented piece to the roster.
Clemson baseball nabs transfer LHP @NoahSamol from GT. Big arm.. up to 97. Fun fact is that he had a perfect score of 36 on ACT.
