The UCLA Bruins football program continues to work hard on the recruiting front. Despite missing out on a few key players recently, DeShaun Foster and the Bruins are in on a top safety in the Class of 2026, Zechariah Fort.
Fort revealed his top 13 schools on Friday and he had UCLA as one of them. Here are the top 13 for Fort: UCLA, Alabama, Florida, Florida State, Ohio State, Georgia, Miami (FL), Michigan, Nebraska, Washington, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Notre Dame, as Fort revealed on his X account.
Fort is listed as a four-star safety from Florida who plays at IMG Academy and is regarded as the top safety in the Class of 2026.

Fort also received interest from programs such as Ole Miss, Colorado, LSU, and Oregon but has narrowed his list down to these 13 programs.
The Bruins being in the running with schools such as Georgia and Alabama shows how quickly the recruiting landscape has changed with DeShaun Foster taking over for Chip Kelly.
