Class of 2025 four-star running back Byron Louis names USC in top 10

USC tries to establish running back depth in the Big Ten, and it’s going into Florida in search of help.

Byron Louis is a 5-10, 190-pound back out of American Heritage High School in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. He narrowed his list to 10 schools Sunday afternoon.

Ohio State, Miami, Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, USC, USC, Florida State, Oklahoma, Penn State, and Wisconsin are the list of schools who made the cut for the four-star running back.

Louis considered to be the No. 193 overall prospect in the Class of 2025, as well as the No. 19 running back and the No. 27 player in the talent-rich state of Florida per the 247Sports composite.

The 2025 recruit totaled 186 rushing yards and 2 TD on 28 carries last season.

USC has a strong and deep running back room this season with lots of options that can be used in the Pac-12 Conference season, which resumes for the Trojans this coming weekend against Arizona State. USC will try to establish that same depth in its running back room. Getting prospects such as Louis will be a good start.
