Cincinnati Reds legend Barry Larkin spoke about what he thinks of Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow after seeing him in action for a few years.
“Swag, calm under pressure, leadership, the way he brought the city together… everything,” Larkin said, according to the Bengals’ official Twitter account.
Larkin, who knows what it’s like to be a star in Cincinnati, had a lot of good things to say about Burrow.
Larkin was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 2012 after a 19-year career staying in Cincinnati the entire time. If anyone knows what it takes to bring a championship to the city, it’s Larkin, who was on the most recent World Series-winning Reds team in 1990.
