Wisconsin’s leading scorer and starting point guard Chucky Hepburn earned All-Big Ten honors on Tuesday.
The Nebraska native earned All-Big Ten Honorable mention honors after a 2022-23 season that saw him lead Wisconsin all year long.
The sophomore guard averaged a team-high 12.2 points per game this season while massively improving his three-point percentage. That number jumped from 34% as a freshman to 43% this season.
Hepburn is the lone Badger to land on one of the Big Ten all-conference teams, although freshman guard Connor Essegian did earn freshman team honors.
Hepburn and the Badgers still have work to do if they want an NCAA Tournament berth. That work begins on Wednesday afternoon in round one of the Big Ten Tournament against Ohio State.
