Chris Webber got some life-changing news on Sunday when it was announced that he will be inducted into the Basketball Hall of Fame as a member of the 2021 class in a ceremony that will be held this September.
Webber went on ESPN to talk about this huge moment and he was able to share some time and stories with his former Michigan teammate, Jalen Rose. The two also played together when they were 13 years old.
Webber and Rose had a long-running feud but that all seems to be over now, which is awesome.
This back-and-forth between the two friends was pretty great, too. Â It got emotional at the end when Webber said to Rose: “Thank God for your beautiful, wonderful mother, cause you know what she did for me.”
