Chris Paulโs box score from the Thunderโs victory over the San Antonio Spurs shows only one steal. But that one was one for the record books.
Paul moved into seventh place on the NBAโs all-time steals list on Sunday night, surpassing Clyde Drexler.
The historic moment came late in the second quarter of Oklahoma Cityโs 131-103 beat down of the San Antonio Spurs. It happened when Paul swiped the ball away from DeMar DeRozan with 1:28 remaining in the half.
The 2,208th career steal puts Paul within 100 steals of No. 6 on the list, former Chicago Bulls great, Scottie Pippen.
