Kansas City Chiefs WR Tyreek Hill is one of the many players on the team who remains dedicated to improving during the offseason. Each season he’s managed to get better and part of that is his commitment to keeping himself in the best possible shape.
The unique situation surrounding the 2020 NFL offseason has seen players sidelined in favor of virtual meetings. Hill, however, has taken this opportunity to continue to work on his body. He’s taken a bit of different approach this season, resulting in a chiseled physique heading into the 2020 season.
“I’m kind of taking a different approach this year,” Hill told reporters in mid-May. “I’m doing yoga two times a week, so I’m getting into yoga a lot. I’ve been trying to open up my hips a little more, open up my glutes and things like that. I have been feeling amazing, been getting out of routes even better. It’s going to be crazy. I feel like this is going to be a crazy year for me, so I’m excited.”
In addition to yoga, Hill also added another new workout to his regimen, showcasing a whopping 10 repetitions of weighted Nordic hamstring curls.

Hill recently posted a slew of pictures on his personal Instagram page, with the caption, “Everyday we getting better.”
When some of the photographs showing a ripped Hill went viral, he responded, claiming he’s at “literally 1% body fat.”
Literally 1 % body fat 😌

When people came for his comment, saying that 1% body fat was impossible and also unhealthy, Hill snapped back and let people know that it was merely a joke.
same person that told you your podcast was great 🙂, we all know I was kidding bud https://t.co/KqAmEsdFWE

Hill’s true body fat percentage is irrelevant. It’s clear that he feels very confident in the shape his body is in. He’s also confident about how that will translate to the football field during the upcoming season.
