Chiefs’ Tyreek Hill, Mecole Hardman among fastest receivers in ‘Madden NFL 21’

The Kansas City Chiefs have two of the fastest receivers in the video game and in real life.

The Kansas City Chiefs have two of the fastest receivers in the NFL and that will be reflected in the upcoming “Madden NFL 21” video game.

First up is Chiefs WR Tyreek Hill, who will be recognized as the fastest receiver in the game with a speed rating of 99. He’s the only player that has been revealed so far to have a speed rating of 99 and could very well be the fastest player in the game when it launches.

Next is Chiefs’ second-year receiver Mecole Hardman, who has a speed rating of 97. He’s tied for the third-fastest receiver in the game with San Francisco 49ers WR Marquise Goodwin and Baltimore Ravens WR Hollywood Brown. Check out the full list of the fastest receivers below:

Hill expressed his excitement of being at the top of the speed threshold to start the season in “Madden NFL 21.” He’s often achieved 99 speed throughout the year as ratings are adjusted, but this time around he’ll start at the top.

Really, the Madden NFL Ratings Performance Adjustors try their best to have their ratings reflect reality. They attend games, study film and work with some of the best players in NFL history in order to create their ratings each year. Often times players and fans don’t feel they get it right, but with this pair of Chiefs’ speedsters, it feels like they hit the nail on the head.

Be sure to tune in for the full “Madden NFL 21” ratings reveal show on ESPN on Friday, July 17 at  6 p.m. CT. Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes will be making a special appearance during the show.
