Kansas City #Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce vents frustration from Week 11 loss to Bills: ‘I didn’t play my best’ | @EdEastonJr

The spotlight consistently falls on Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce when he’s on the field because of his All-Pro ability. On the off chance he has a disappointing game, no one takes it harder than him, as he discusses on the latest episode of the New Heights podcast.

“You don’t think about, ‘Oh, I really want to win this game so I can remain undefeated; no, we want to win this game because we have a lot of really close football games against the Buffalo Bills, and we love f**king competing against them because they’re one of the best teams in the league,” said Kelce. “I get fired up playing against the best teams in the NFL, and I was fired up for this one, but I didn’t play my best.”

Kelce had only two catches for 8 yards in the 30-21 loss last Sunday, stalling a hot streak of productive games he had leading into the game.

“That s**t, it f**king pisses me off,” said Kelce. “It made me go right back into work on Monday after the game and get after it, find a way to make s**t right.”

Kelce and the Chiefs have a chance at redemption on Sunday as they remain on the road against the Carolina Panthers.
