There’s blood in the water, Chiefs Kingdom.
For the second consecutive season, Kansas City Chiefs defensive end Frank Clark has been recognized by his peers as one of the 100 best players in the NFL. After a Super Bowl-winning season in 2019, Clark checked in at No. 95 on NFL Network’s Top 100 Players of 2020 list. He’s one of six Chiefs players reported to make the list this year.
Clark is the first Chiefs player to be recognized on the annual list this year. In 2019, he was recognized at No. 85 coming off of his final season with the Seattle Seahawks. Just because he saw a dip in the rankings this year doesn’t mean he’s any less of a player on the field.

Clark quickly established himself as a leader on the defensive side of the ball in Kansas City after he was traded to the team ahead of the 2019 season. His no-quit attitude and relentless effort on the field were recognized early on, but late in the season it really started to show in the stat sheet.
The bigger the spotlight, the better he plays!

Clark would finish the season with 37 combined tackles, 12 tackles for loss, eight sacks and an interception in 11 games started. He’d add another nine tackles, five tackles for loss, and four sacks during the postseason on his way to becoming a Super Bowl champion.
