The Bulls has dropped each of their first two games on the road trip, and they’re on a four-game losing streak overall. Chicago has really struggled to score lately, going for 104 or fewer points in five straight since their 131-127 overtime loss in Denver March 19.
The Suns held on for a 117-110 win and cover Tuesday night against the Atlanta Hawks. Now they have the quick turnaround with another Eastern Conference team. Phoenix has won three and covered three straight at home, and they have won six of the past seven games overall while going 5-2 ATS.

Against the spread (ATS)
I do not love the BULLS +6.5 (-110) in this spot, but a fresh Suns -6.5 (-110) side barely hung on for the cover in Tuesday’s game. Now they have to bounce back and do it again Wednesday.
Chicago has covered 15 of the past 21 games on the road, and they’re 12-4 ATS in the previous 16 on the road as an underdog. While Phoenix is 5-1 ATS in the past six when playing on no rest, I am still leaning Chicago here, but go lightly.
Over/Under (O/U)
Again, the lean is to the UNDER 222.5 (-110) here, but go lightly. Phoenix could be a little sluggish with no rest. The Under is 5-2 across the past seven games for the Suns, and 5-2 in the past seven as a favorite, too. The Under has also connected in eight of the past 10 overall for Chicago, too.
