Bears at Titans: Odds, betting lines, predictions and picks

Prediction

Titans 27, Bears 17

Money line (?)

As disappointing and shocking as the Titans’ loss to the Cincinnati Bengals was last week, it’s not an indication of what this team is. They’re far better than the Bears, who haven’t gotten much better at quarterback since switching to Nick Foles.

The Titans can control this game with their rushing attack, which is an area where the Bears have struggled this year. Take the TITANS (-304) to win outright

Against the spread (?)

The Titans are favored by 6.5 points over Chicago. It’s a fairly large spread for a team that has lost back-to-back games, but the Titans match up well with Chicago. QB Ryan Tannehill is efficient and takes care of the football, avoiding costly mistakes.

RB Derrick Henry will be the difference, however, putting together a strong performance against the Bears. Take the TITANS -6.5 (-115) to win this one by a touchdown or more.

Over/Under (?)

The Titans offense isn’t a concern here, but it’s the Bears who won’t pull their weight. The Over/Under of 47.5 is fairly high considering how poorly Chicago’s offense has played, which makes me lean more toward the Under.

Tennessee’s defense isn’t great but it’s good enough to contain the Bears offense. Take the UNDER 47.5 (-110) in this matchup, with the Titans expected to limit each team’s possessions by running the ball often.
