[autotag]Chase Elliott[/autotag] will open the 2024 NASCAR playoffs with an opportunity to win the Cup Series championship, which is different than what occurred in 2023. After fracturing his tibia, Elliott missed the 2023 NASCAR playoffs. Now, the Hendrick Motorsports driver will be driving a special paint scheme when the playoffs begin at Atlanta Motor Speedway.
Elliott revealed on Tuesday morning that #Desi9nToDrive will return to Atlanta on September 8. The driver of the No. 9 car will run a special paint scheme designed by a patient to benefit Children’s Healthcare. Elliott is giving away a helmet, gloves, fire suit, and an opportunity to meet him at a race to help out Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.

The paint scheme was designed by Gavyn Giansiracusa. In 2023, Elliott also ran a paint scheme designed by a patient at Atlanta, marking the second straight year of this special tradition. Elliott hopes to bring the No. 9 Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Chevy to victory lane and start the 2024 NASCAR playoffs on the perfect note.
