There is no denying the need the Indianapolis Colts have at offensive tackle to replace Anthony Castonzo, and it seems Oklahoma State product Teven Jenkins is high on their board.
According to Charley Casserly of NFL Network, the Colts have shown strong interest in the mauling offensive tackle. Casserly also reported the Tennessee Titans have shown significant interest as well.
Take it for what it’s worth. The Colts have interest in a lot of prospects at this time of year. Jenkins is a sound prospect at a position of need so of course the Colts will have interest. Whether that means they will select him at No. 21 overall remains to be seen.
Jenkins would be a strong fit for the Colts offensive line. He has the mentality needed to work perfectly next to Quenton Nelson. He’s already met with the Colts this offseason so he could very well be on their board.
It will be interesting to see where Jenkins goes but if the Colts want him, there is a likely chance they would have to use the No. 21 overall pick to get him.
