Chargers sign TE Richard Rodgers, fill out practice squad

The Chargers have filled out their 16-man practice squad.

The Chargers have signed tight end Richard Rodgers to the practice squad.

Rodgers, 30, has played in eight NFL seasons — the first four with the Packers and the last four with the Eagles.

For his career, Rodgers has played in 88 games, including 28 starts, and has 147 receptions for 1,549 yards and 15 touchdowns.

Rodgers takes the last spot on Los Angeles’ practice squad, which now includes:
