The contract makes him the second-highest paid wide receiver in the NFL, rewarding him for the remarkable numbers he’s put up in his career with the Chargers.
In the last three seasons, Allen has caught 303 passes for 3,788 yards and 18 touchdowns, making the Pro Bowl each year.
He’s spent his entire career with the Chargers after being a third-round pick in 2013
