Central Michigan Chippewas Season Prediction, What Will Happen
Just how much will all of the personnel losses matter?
Central Michigan should have a good starting 22, and Jim McElwain and the coaching staff have done this before, but it would’ve been nice if all the good talent transferring out – and going off to the NFL – would’ve still been around.
Even so, there shouldn’t be that much of a drop-off. The offensive backfield will be good, the interior of the offensive line will be great, and the pressure will keep coming from the defensive front.
Set The Central Michigan Chippewas Regular Season Win Total At … 7
Assume a base of at least four wins with South Alabama, Bucknell, Bowling Green, and Buffalo all at home. Throw in winnable road games at Akron and Eastern Michigan, and anything less than a bowl appearance would be a major disappointment.
