The game tips off at 9:00 p.m. ET and can be seen on NBC Sports Chicago and NBC Sports Boston.

The Celtics (9-6) snapped a three-game losing streak with a blowout win over the Cavaliers on Sunday night, as Jaylen Brown exploded for 33 points in just 19 minutes. The Bulls (7-9) are coming off a loss to the Lakers, but have won three of their last four.

Tatum will return to the lineup for the Celtics for the first time since January 8th, but Payton Pritchard and Romeo Langford are still out. The Bulls could be without big man Wendell Carter Jr., who is listed as doubtful with a quad injury.

Advice and prediction

The Celtics are playing the second half of a back-to-back, but built up such a massive lead against the Cavs that Brad Stevens was able to empty the bench and keep his starters relatively fresh.

With Tatum back, Kemba Walker back in rhythm and Jaylen Brown on fire (averaging 37.5 points per game over his last two), the Celtics are a good value here at -4.5, even though the Bulls aren’t to be overlooked. Chicago was blown out by the Lakers in the first half on Saturday, but outscored LA by 19 in the second half to fall just short of covering the spread. For the season, Chicago is tied with Utah for the best ATS record in the NBA (11-5).

For the total, over bets have hit in six of the last eight Bulls games, and four of five Celtics games. The Bulls play at the second-highest pace in the NBA, both Chicago and Boston rank in the bottom half of the NBA in defensive rating, and the Bulls allow the third-most points in the league. Take the Over 228.5.

Prediction: Celtics 122, Bulls 113
