The Boston Celtics have been relatively thin at the center position but, fortunately, they have Tacko Fall available and ready to play at a moments notice.
Due to injuries to Robert Williams and Vincent Poirier, the Celtics recalled Fall last week from the Maine Red Claws in the G League. Fall received a standing ovation upon checking into the game on Friday and again made a splash for the Celtics on Sunday night.
Fall scored four points in two minutes of work on Sunday in a 119-93 win over the Charlotte Hornets. The 7-foot-5 center added two rebounds and one block for the Celtics but had perhaps the best alley-oop basketball fans could ask for.

Fall has been a fan favorite this season for the Celtics and his appearance on Sunday further proved that. The Celtics have been reluctant to play him extensively but the organization has prioritized his development as he as has spent the majority of the year in the G League.
