Celtics comes up big when it matters to hold off Bucks’ fourth quarter run

Was this just a late-season mental lapse?

We have all seen the Boston Celtics movie where the star player on the other team sits, and the plucky opponents come back to make an improbable win vs. the Celtics as Boston takes their opponent too lightly. But some late-game heroics from Jayson Tatum after a scoreless third quarter from the St. Louis native nearly sunk the win for the Celtics in their 122-119 win over the Milwaukee Bucks on Wednesday.

Was this just a late-season mental lapse? Or are the wheels starting to come off this wagon? Probably it is nothing to worry about, but that doesn’t mean there also weren’t plenty of things the Celtics can learn from as well.

NBC Sports Boston’s Eddie House and Brian Scalabrine joined Amina Smith to talk over the near-loss, and what we should take from it on a recent episode of “Celtics Postgame Live”. Check it out below!
