Celtics at Warriors: Boston falls 107-88 to brutal third-quarter Dubs onslaught in Game 2

Some of the best plays captured in images from Game 2.

The Boston Celtics hoped to take a 2-0 series lead on their way back to TD Garden for Game 3 of their 2022 NBA Finals series against the Golden State Warriors, but Golden State had other plans in mind with a blistering fourth-quarter run burying the Celtics 107-88 after a contentious first half shook the Celtics out of their game.

Boston now heads back to Massachusetts with the series tied instead with only their star wings Jayson Tatum (28 points, 6 rebounds) and Jaylen Brown (17 points, 6 boards) having games worthy of an NBA Finals matchup, the other three starters held to just 6 points total in Game 2. Reserve guard Derrick White added 12 points and 4 rebounds off of the bench.

Let’s take a look at some of the best plays captured in images from Game 2.
