The Cowboys are shutting down Ceedee Lamb for the final two games of the regular season, meaning the All-Pro wide receiver will miss the Week 17 game at Philadelphia.
Lamb has been dealing with a significant shoulder injury, and after getting slammed down in a 26-24 upset over Tampa, Dallas will have the star wide receiver start rehab and look toward 2025.

Lamb (shoulder) didn’t take part in Thursday’s practice, Calvin Watkins of The Dallas Morning News reports.
The news follows Lamb’s not practicing on Wednesday. He initially suffered an AC joint injury in his shoulder in Week 9.
Lamb (shoulder) recorded seven receptions on eight targets for 105 yards in Sunday’s 26-24 win over Tampa Bay. The designation is good news for an Eagles team that has been tormented by Lamb, along with quarterback Jalen Hurts being in the concussion protocol and missing Thursday’s practice.
Lamb has had 50 catches for 674 yards and has scored five touchdowns in 9 games versus the Eagles in his career.
Lamb dominated the Buccaneers in the first half by posting six receptions for 100 yards, highlighted by 34 and 52 yards — both of which set up points for Dallas.
Lamb will finish the season with 101 catches (2nd in NFL), 1,194 yards (3rd in NFL), and six touchdowns (20th in NFL).
