After an impressive Week 13 showing, Jacksonville Jaguars rookie K’Lavon Chaisson was able to follow up his game against the Minnesota Vikings with an even better performance Week 14 against the Tennessee Titans. In fact, he was able to register a Pro Football Focus grade of 76.9, good for a career-high.
While Derrick Henry was the biggest source of offense for the Titans, Chaisson made the most of the limited dropbacks that occurred when he was on the field, garnering three quarterback hits out of 11 pass-rush snaps.

When adding his three quarterback hits with the five pressures from last week, Chaisson has hurried the signal-caller eight times in two weeks. That’s certainly an encouraging sign for the Jags as they are without Josh Allen and have needed more out of their first-round pick.
With the Jags out of the playoff picture, fans are simply looking for positive signs heading into 2021, and seeing Chaisson continue his growth would be huge in what has been the worst season in franchise history. When adding in the flashes that Doug Costin and DaVon Hamilton have provided, the next regime may have more defensive line talent than initially believed. That said, fans should continue to monitor Chaisson and company as three games remain on the schedule.
