Full highlights: Jets vs. Broncos in NFL Week 4:

The New York Jets fell to the Denver Broncos at home in their Week 4 matchup.

In a game which featured some poor weather throughout most of it, the 10-9 final reflected that. It just was not in favor of the home team at MetLife Stadium.

While New York’s defense was on the positive side of the scoreboard, the offense was stuck in the mud (and rain).

Jets QB Aaron Rodgers limps off but plays through vs. Broncos

Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers was banged up late against the Broncos.

Down a score, Rodgers took a hit late in the fourth quarter with his team trailing. The drive ended on a pass attempt from the QB and when he got up he limped off the field to his team’s sideline.

Rodgers returned to the game, but it could be something to keep in mind moving forward.

The sideline view of Garrett Wilson’s TD vs. the Patriots is even better

The sideline view of Garrett Wilson’s TD vs. the Patriots is even better:

The Aaron Rodgers to Garrett Wilson connection is growing.

The evidence was found during the Jets’ 24-3 win over the Patriots on Thursday. The Week 3 victory featured a touchdown catch by Wilson which was very impressive.

It looks even better if you were standing right there. It’s clear his footwork is top tier.

A sideline view of Wilson’s score has popped up on social media and it can be found right here:

Was the Jets’ win over the Patriots on Thursday more because of the offense or defense?

Even head coach Robert Saleh couldn’t decide so everyone got some love in his post-win locker room speech.

The Jets topped the Patriots in their home opener at MetLife Stadium in a 24-3 final.

The defensive-minded coach made sure to tip his cap to that side of the ball first. Then he moved over to quarterback Aaron Rodgers.

When the coach mentioned that the 40-year-old rushed for 18 yards? That stat, above all else, got the loudest reaction of all from his players.

Jets’ Robert Saleh had perfect analogy for Aaron Rodgers vs. Patriots

Jets’ Robert Saleh had perfect analogy for Aaron Rodgers vs. Patriots

New York Jets head coach Robert Saleh had a very good, and positive, analogy for the way his quarterback performed against the New England Patriots.

The Jets (2-1) topped their AFC East rival in a 24-3 final. The outing saw Aaron Rodgers’ produce his best performance in green and white so far.

Rodgers was 27-for-35 passing with 281 yards and two touchdowns. It was a vintage Rodgers effort, which is what Saleh was getting at with his post-game analysis of his QB.

“He may not be what he used to be but he still has plenty in those legs and his arm is still 30,” Saleh said. “His mind is still operating at a high level, he was definitely impressive today.”

Regardless of age of limbs, the 40-year-old quarterback said it was an important outcome for him, his first full win at MetLife Stadium.

“It was a really special night,” Rodgers said via video conference. “I was kind of hoping for a stop there to take a final knee on the field. A special night.”

The New York Jets took Amazon’s broadcast to heart… which was bad news for the New England Patriots.

The Jets (2-1) took a 24-3 win over the Patriots (1-2) on “Thursday Night Football.”

The loss on the field wasn’t nice for the Pats Neither was this.

The Jets took to social media after the contest and used an Amazon Prime-inspired moment to troll their AFC East rival.

Here it is:

Jets’ Aaron Rodgers downplays moment with Robert Saleh: ‘He’s not a big hugger’

There was no bad blood between Aaron Rodgers and Robert Saleh during the New York Jets’ win over the New England Patriots.

Of course, social media still had their fun.

The Jets (2-1) topped the Patriots (2-1) in a 24-3 final in Week 3. Early on, there was a moment that caught attention.

After a touchdown, Rodgers and Saleh embraced. The internet thought Rodgers was mad.

He says he was not.

“He’s not a big hugger,” Rodgers joked after the game. “He likes to do the two-handed chest bump.”

Saleh, in his own right, had a laugh about it as well.
