The Cardinals and 49ers will kick off Sunday afternoon at 4:25 p.m. ET (2:25 p.m. Arizona time) at Levis Stadium in Santa Clara.
The 49ers are 12-4 and have won nine straight games. The Cardinals are 4-12 and are sitting on a six-game losing streak.
