The Arizona Cardinals for the last couple of weeks found themselves almost dead last in the NFL in weekly power rankings. Luckily, the New York Giants were bad enough to keep the Cardinals out of that spot during their six-game losing streak.
Now that the Cardinals finally picked up a W, a 25-23 win over the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday, and in new NFL power rankings from Touchdown Wire’s Jarrett Bailey, they moved up two spots to No. 29.
The return of Kyler Murray to the lineup after not playing since December should be huge for Arizona.
They are not going to suddenly win eight games in a row and make the playoffs but his presence in the lineup does make them a bit more formidable.
