The Arizona Cardinals entered Week 10 without starting quarterback Kyler Murray and four starting offensive linemen. They might have lost tight end Zach Ertz.
After making a 12-yard third-down reception in the first quarter for the Cardinals against the Los Angeles Rams in their initial drive, Ertz grabbed his left knee and had to exit the game.
He walked off the field on his own but was carted off the field and looked visibly dejected.
It is another injury to a key player for the Cardinals.
The injury creates an opportunity for rookie tight end Trey McBride.
