Cardinals sign OL Rashaad Coward to 53-man roster, cut K Tristan Vizcaino

Coward started at left guard on Sunday against the Rams.

The Arizona Cardinals announced a pair of roster moves on Tuesday. After releasing running back Eno Benjamin, they released kicker Tristan Vizcaino and signed offensive lineman Rashaad Coward to the active roster from the practice squad.

Vizcaino was signed over the weekend to kick for Matt Prater, who missed the game with an illness. He made both field-goal attempts and all three extra points in the Cardinals’ 27-17 win over the Los Angeles Rams.

Coward got the start at left guard on Sunday and alternated drives with Cody Ford.

Coward is listed as the top backup at right guard behind Max Garcia.

The moves leave the Cardinals’ active roster at 52 players. They have one vacancy still.
