Cardinals place LS Aaron Brewer on injured reserve

He suffered a pectoral injury in the loss to the Buccaneers and is done for the season.

The Arizona Cardinals placed another player on injured reserve. The latest is long snapper Aaron Brewer.

He suffered a pectoral injury in Sunday’s loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and now his season is over.

He became the 16th Cardinals player to land on injured reserve.

Brewer was seen after the game in the locker room with ice on his shoulder and chest area.

Brewer has finished his seventh season with the Cardinals and will be a free agent after the season.

The Cardinals had some long snappers in for workouts recently. We can expect them to sign one this week. Backup center Sean Harlow is the team’s emergency long snapper.
