Cardinals haven’t lost at Soldier Field in 20 years

The Cardinals and Bears have split their last six meetings with the road team winning each time. Jeff Blake was the last AZ QB to lose in Chicago.

The Arizona Cardinals face the Chicago Bears this weekend on the road at Soldier Field. The Bears are favored. However, it has been a long time since the Cardinals have lost at Soldier Field. In fact, the last time they lost there, it was 20 years ago.

The Cardinals and Bears have a rivalry that dates back to 1920 and both teams were in Chicago.

The Bears hold a convincing 57-29-6 advantage in the all-time series.

However, they have split the last six meetings and the road team has won each time in those six games.

The last time a home team won was that 2003 matchup in Chicago. How long ago was that? Jeff Blake was the starting quarterback for the Cardinals and Kordell Stewart was the guy for the Bears.

Since then, the Cardinals are 3-0 at Soldier Field, including a 33-22 win there in 2021.

All three of those games were double-digit wins.

In 2021, they won 33-22. In 2015, it was a 48-13 drubbing and, in 2009, it was a 41-21.

The Bears are 3-0 at State Farm Stadium.
