Cardinals have reached 100% vaccination status

The Cardinals had one of the lowest vaccination rates in the league entering training camp. Now the entire roster is fully vaccinated.

The Arizona Cardinals have their roster 100% vaccinated, Kliff Kingsbury told reporters after practice on Friday.

Entering training camp, the team had one of the lowest vaccination rates in the league but apparently, things have changed.

That would even apply to receiver DeAndre Hopkins, who briefly questioned continuing his NFL career over vaccination issues.

Kingsbury stated that the last final doses were administered a couple of weeks ago, meaning that the entire team is fully vaccinated. It means that no player will have to be placed on the COVID list unless he has a positive test.

Players still test weekly and can volunteer to test a second time each week. Fully vaccinated players are able to eat out on the road and are not confined to the hotel. They can eat with teammates in the lunch room and there are no restrictions for the number of players can be in the weight room at one time.
