Cardinals are massive favorites in Week 7 at home over Texans

The Cardinals opened the week as 17.5-point favorites at home over the 1-5 Texans.

The Arizona Cardinals will host the Houston Texans this weekend at State Farm Stadium. The Cardinals, of course, are undefeated at 6-0 and the Texans might be the worst team in the NFL right now at 1-5.

That reflects in the Week 7 betting odds for this game.

According to Tipico Sportsbook, they are the biggest favorites in the NFL this weekend.

The spread began at 17.5 points and they were -1800 on the money line, given 94.74% implied odds of winning the game.

The line has moved slightly.

On the money line, the Cardinals are -1600, meaning to win $100 on a bet that the Cardinals would beat the Texans outright, you have to wager $1,600. You only win $0.63 for every $10 you bet. That is almost no return on your money. At -1600, the Cardinals have 94.12% implied odds of winning.

Meanwhile, the Texans are +800 on the money line. They are given only 11.11% implied odds of winning and a bet on the Texans to beat the Cardinals would win eight times what you wager. It is just highly unlikely that would happen.

After some movement on the line, the Cardinals are now 16.5-point favorites.

They are -16.5 (-112) and the Texans are +16.5 (-108) on the points spread.

A $112 ATS bet on the Cardinals would pay out $100 if they beat the Texans by 17 or more points. A $108 ATS bet on the Texans pays out $100 if they beat the Cardinals or lose by no more than 16 points.

The total is set at 47.5 points, with the Over at -105 and the Under at -115.

A $105 bet on the Over would win $100 if the two teams combine for 48 or more points. A $115 bet on the Under would win $100 if they combine for no more than 47 points.

The Cardinals are 6-0 on the money line, 5-1 ATS and 3-3 O/U. The Texans are 1-5 on the money line, 3-3 ATS and 3-3 O/U.
