Canceling football: Certain individuals are doing ‘anything to create chaos, disbelieve to justify control of the public’

Conferences throughout college football have made recent schedule changes to accommodate having a season this fall.

As Power Five conferences altered its respective 2020 schedules, including a 10-game SEC-only campaign that will kick off Sept. 26, politics are hovering over the sport as fall training camp nears amid the coronavirus pandemic.

Frank Engelsman, CEO of Ultrascan Research and founder of Ultrascan-AGI, discussed why certain Power Five conferences are starting to have emergency meetings and being pushed into saying they cannot play this fall even with student-athletes taking to social media saying they want to.

“Anything to create chaos and disbelieve to justify control of the public and all individuals,” Engelsman told Vols Wire of certain conferences and individuals wanting to distribute fear and control a narrative.

Engelsman does not view student-athletes facing issues by playing with the correct ventilation within their helmets along with competing in open-air venues.

“If the quality of air inside has a close to, or equal quality as outside, there will be less arguments for limiting sports events,” Engelsman said.
