Bulls to be without star Zach LaVine in home matchup with Sixers

The Chicago Bulls will be missing star guard Zach LaVine as they take on the Philadelphia 76ers.

As the Philadelphia 76ers wrap up their quick two-game road trip on Sunday with a matchup with the Chicago Bulls, they will be facing a Bulls team down two of their best players–which could mean trouble for Philadelphia considering their losses to undermanned teams.

The Bulls were already without Lonzo Ball due to his surgery, but now Chicago will be without star Zach LaVine due to back spasms. LaVine is averaging 24.7 points, 4.8 rebounds, and 4.3 assists on the season as he is a big reason for Chicago’s successful season.

Without LaVine in the lineup, the Bulls will likely turn to Troy Brown Jr. who started in the previous game he missed for Chicago.

With Ball and LaVine out, the Sixers will have their focus on DeMar DeRozan and Nikola Vucevic in order to get the job done. Before everybody starts chalking up this one as a win, one does have to remember the teams the Sixers have lost to. They will have to be ready for a battle in this one from the Windy City.
